Our new pet

So we all know that Nashon is a gadget geek. He likes the new and best of all the toys out there, though he rarely gets to play wtih them, let alone own them. After spending a day at a friend’s house, Nashon fell in love with their pet Roomba. He came home that night, and as luck would have it, woot.com had Roomba’s for sale at a great price. Nashon just had to have it!! So it arrived today. He has already set it up and watched it endlessly as it scooted around the house cleaning up the dust and dirt that was all over the floor (well, we HAD to make sure there was something for it to clean up). He took pictures of our new pet and everything, and is trying to convince Isabell that she isn’t nervous around it. I think we shall call it Spot…

Hardwood Floors

We started to replace our carpet with wood flooring. Yes, I helped too. The kitchen floor had to come out as well. Our house spent a night floorless. Today we put it back in. The rest of the week should be actually putting down the wood, I can’t wait for it to be finished. Jamie, however, wanted to snap her fingers and POOF! have it finished. Shes being a good sport about the mess though.

We bought a house!
